Refund policy

1. There are no claims on used goods. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and resalable condition with all handtags and in the original packaging - not tried on, worn, or used in any other way. No exceptions.
2. Please claim any returns within three (3) business days of receipt. There are no claims after ten (10) day and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Returns will not be accepted without a prior written authorization via email from our Customer Service department. Customers returning merchandise MUST contact bluice@bluicegroup.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# MUST be written on the outside of package shipped back to us. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
4. After receiving an RA#, the return must be delivered to us within seven (7) business days.
5. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for a return.
6. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
7. Refunds are made to the original payment type and are processed within two (2) days of receiving your return. Please allow up 7-10 business days for your credit to show in your bank/credit card account.
8. If this is an exchange for a different size or style, it is best to purchase that item and then contact us regarding your return.
9. Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable items.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or the wrong size. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bluice@bluicegroup.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
